What yoga classes are available?
Our classes are suitable for all levels, with sessions tailored to meet different goals—from gentle yoga to dynamic flows. Here's what we offer:
Hatha Flow Yoga - a gentle, balanced style of yoga that connects mindful movement with steady breath, helping you feel stronger, more flexible, and calmer. Suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners, classes are welcoming, relaxed, and completely pressure-free.
Vinyasa Flow - is an energising, flowing practice that awakens the body and calms the mind, while welcoming yogis of all levels. Guided by your breath, each class moves with purpose to build strength, stamina, and focus, challenging you just enough to grow, in a supportive and encouraging space.
It’s a practice that leaves you feeling grounded, energised, and refreshed.
Yin Yoga -Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative style of yoga that focuses on holding poses for several minutes to gently stretch the deep connective tissues and joints. It encourages stillness, mindfulness, and deep relaxation, helping to release tension, improve flexibility, and restore balance to both body and mind.
Yoga for Stress - Slow down and let go in our stress-relief yoga classes. Gentle movement, calming breathwork, and mindful relaxation help release tension, soothe the mind, and restore balance, leaving you feeling calm, refreshed, and centred.
Restorative Women’s Flow Yoga - Gentle, flowing movements and restorative poses create a calm, nurturing space just for women. Perfect for releasing tension, rebalancing energy, and leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, and restored.
Yin & Sound Bath - Slow, meditative Yin Yoga poses combined with the soothing vibrations of a sound bath help release tension, restore energy, and calm the mind. Perfect for all levels, this deeply relaxing practice leaves you feeling grounded, refreshed, and completely restored.

What are the yoga class prices?
To fully benefit from yoga, regular attendance is important. We offer class passes to make it easier and more affordable for you to attend more classes.
5 classes for £60 (saving £5 one package per person).
10 classes for £110 (saving £30 over a 3-month expiry period, one package per person)
20 classes for £190, (with a 4-month expiry and saving £75. one package per person)
If you prefer to pay as you go, we offer drop-in yoga classes at £14 a class.
Monthly Unlimited - £100 (choose from over 60 classes per week)
Monthly unlimited Yoga, Pilates and Barre package there's no sign-up fee or contract - just pay as you go at a flat rate of £100 per month, valid from your first class taken. - One package per person
(If you cancel a class within 12 hours or miss a class without letting us know, we will deduct a day off your membership, instead of a charge, this is to prevent no shows in busy classes)

FAQ
What do I need to bring?
We provide all equipment, you are welcome to bring your own mat our towel we always recommend bringing a bottle of water.
What do I wear?
Wear whatever you feel most comfortable to exercise in. You don’t need trainers.
What time do I arrive?
You are welcome to arrive early but please don’t arrive late. For active classes we can allow 5 minutes grace for late comers, for restorative classes we can’t allow you in if you’re late as it’s too disruptive to our other members.
What level are your yoga classes?
All levels are welcome. Whether you're a beginner or advanced, we’ve got a class that fits your needs.
Do you offer online yoga classes?
Yes! We offer some live stream classes at £10 or £70 for a bundle of 10.
What’s included in the unlimited monthly package?
Access to 60+ studio and live-stream classes weekly, for just £100/month.

Practised at a slower pace, a Hatha yoga class focuses on the breath, controlled movements, and stretching. Variations are offered to suit your needs.

Focusing on connecting the breath to your movements, a vinyasa flow class is practised at a faster pace with variations offered to suit your needs.

Yoga For Stress
This class starts with a hatha flow that brings you into your body and out of your head, encouraging body awareness. We will then spend the rest of the class practising deep relaxation in the form of nidra.
