Our friendly, experienced teachers are here to guide, support, and encourage you, creating a safe, welcoming space where everyone can enjoy moving, strengthening, and relaxing in their own way.

Please note: On occasion, classes may be taught by another one of our skilled teachers if your usual instructor is unavailable. If you ever have questions, our reception team is happy to help.
