CranioSacral therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on bodywork that examines the membranes and movement of fluid in and around the central nervous system which in turn affects the whole body and its systems. The therapist palpates and determines the areas of dysfunction in the body and using a light touch enables the body to release any restrictions in the fascia, bones and membranes. CST can help with a wide range of problems including chronic pain, migraine headache, neurodegenerative diseases, stroke, facial and head trauma, TMJ problems, whiplash, menstrual problems, skeleto-muscular issues, speech problems and many others. Because CST is tightly connected to our nervous system, deeper emotional issues and cognitive functions, stress, anxiety and PTSD might be addressed during or after the treatment. We recommend a 90 minute session for your first treatment - £80 60 minutes thereafter - £60 per session
