Barre is a unique concept which draws from Pilates, ballet and yoga techniques to provide a high intensity yet low impact exercise. This class is designed to strengthen muscles both large and small through a series of exercises which include tiny precise movements with high repetition. This method uses the whole body through balance, weight-bearing and works deep into muscles to find a burn! What to expect in a Barre class
Barre is fun, energetic and addictive! You don't to have any dance experience, it will genuinely improve your coordination. Most of our Barre classes are open level (including beginner) but we do not advise it if you are suffering from a knee injury.

INTRO OFFER - 30 DAYS £30 - Brighton and Hove residents only.
1 x Barre Drop in £14
5 x Barre Classes - £60 (can also join any 5 Pilates, Barre or Yoga classes on our schedule) - valid for 2 months, one package per person
10 x Barre Classes - £110 (can also join any 10 Pilates, Barre or Yoga classes on our schedule) - valid for 3 months, one package per person
20 x Barre Classes - £190 (can also join any 5 Pilates, Barre or Yoga classes on our schedule) - valid for 4 months, one package per person
Monthly Unlimited - Barre, Yoga and Pilates - choose from over 50 classes a week, no contract, no sign up fee - £100/month. One package per person
(Only condition being if you cancel a class within 12 hours or miss a class without letting us know, we will deduct a day off your membership, instead of a charge, this is to prevent no shows in busy classes)
