Self Practise Yoga in Brighton and Hove
Mysore self practise yoga is the traditional way of practising yoga. Traditionally the teacher takes the student through the sequence of Ashtanga step by step - usually as a daily practice. Julie offers one self-practise class at Revitalise currently. The Sunday class is offered as a self-practice class for students who have been to some led classes, know some of the sequences but want to take things a bit deeper.
“The relaxation techniques incorporated in yoga can lessen chronic pain, such as lower back pain, arthritis, headaches and carpal tunnel syndrome,” explains Dr. Nevins. “Yoga can also lower blood pressure and reduce insomnia.”
