About Revitalise Yoga classes
Revitalise in Brighton & Hove prides itself on offering small group yoga classes with a high level of teacher interaction. We limit our classes to a maximum of 8 to ensure you get the attention you require throughout your class.
The self employed fully trained and experienced yoga teachers are extremely passionate about what they do and specialise in teaching their chosen yoga style. We offer over 15 yoga classes each week, both daytime, evening & weekends.
We offer a range of styles including Hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga, Pulse yoga, Pregnancy yoga, Kundalini yoga, Vinyasa flow yoga and Sivananda yoga. We also have classes specifically for beginners. You can either book our yoga classes as a course, or pay for a drop in as long as there is space. Yoga mats and blocks are provided.
