Welcome to our power plate studio
Revitalise prides itself on offering small group, power plate classes with a high level of teacher interaction. We limit our classes to a maximum of 5 to ensure you get the attention you require throughout your class. Our highly trained and experienced power plate specialists offer classes 7 days a week both daytime and evening and include beginner, intermediate and advanced classes. This means you can be reassured that you will be in a class with people who are of a similar level to you maximising the benefits of your power plate class.
Power plate classes deliver a full body workout out in just half an hour.
