Classes
At Revitalise we offer classes in 'power plates', Pilates, yoga, tai chi, pregnancy and meditation. We pride ourselves on teaching small group classes with high levels of teacher interaction so that our students can gain the maximum benefits from their chosen class. We limit our class size to a maximum of either 8 or 9.

All our teachers are highly qualified, trained and experienced. We provide mats, bands and blocks for all classes. We also provide toning balls, fitness circles, arc barrels and flex bands which are incorporated into some of our level 1, 2 and 3 pilates classes for increased variety and resistance to classes.

Most classes at Revitalise are set at £45 for 6 weeks or £8 drop in. For an up to date class list with times, dates & prices, please either e-mail one of our reception team or call 01273 738389 & we can send it to you. We can also arrange one to one sessions either at Revitalise or in the comfort of your own home. Please contact reception for further information.

Please note that Revitalise is a therapy centre & acts as an agent for individual therapists & class, workshop or event leaders. Revitalise hires room to therapists & class, workshop or event leaders after an assessment has been made & a contract has been signed
