Osteopathy at Revitalise in Brighton & hove is a long established and state recognised therapy. It uses a system of diagnosis and treatment that is based on the structural integrity of the body. It recognises that much of the pain and disability we suffer stems from abnormalities in the function of the body’s structure as well as damage caused by disease.
Osteopaths use their hands both to investigate the underlying caused of pain and to carry out treatment using a variety of techniques. These may include muscle and connective tissue stretching, joint movement, or high velocity thrust techniques. Gentle techniques including cranial osteopathy are often used, particularly when treating babies, children or elderly patients.
Osteopaths treat a very wide range of problems, including neck or low back pain, all joint or muscular pain or dysfunction. They can treat acute, sudden pain or chronic, on-going problems in any age group, from birth to old age. Cranial osteopathy is particularly helpful for babies who are distressed or have had a difficult birth.

The Room can be hired on an ad-hoc basis, hourly, weekly, monthly, yearly on a 3 year term, 5 year term or 10 year term.
