Sports massage at Revitalise in Brighton & Hove is a deep tissue massage that targets and works on specific muscles that need most attention. A variety of techniques, such as soft tissue release, muscle energy techniques (MET) and neuromuscular techniques (NMT) are applied to help break down scar tissue and adhesions in the muscles and soft tissue, as well as to stretch and realign specific areas of damage or tangled fibres.
Contracted muscles can be lengthened and areas of tightness are relaxed, helping to speed up recovery time and improve muscle performance and efficiency.

Long term therapy room hire from as little as £10 an hour or £50 a day, including all bills & business rates
Assistance available with marketing & advertising if required
Assistance available with purchasing new equipment if required
The Room can be hired on an ad-hoc basis, hourly, weekly, monthly, yearly on a 3 year term, 5 year term or 10 year term.
