Shiatsu at Revitalise in Brighton & Hove is a traditional hands-on-Japanese form of bodywork which can be a deeply relaxing experience and is fantastic for maintaining health.
Shiatsu is usually performed on a futon on floor level through loose, comfortable clothing. Techniques that include gentle holding, pressing with palms, thumbs, fingers, elbows, knees and feet and when appropriate, more dynamic rotations and stretches are used on the ‘meridian’ lines as a means of harmonising body and soul, maintaining and improving our health. Focused attention will often be given to acu-pressure points which are the same ones used by acupuncturists to restore and balance energy flow.
Shiatsu is an extremely effective and relaxing therapy to receive during pregnancy (after 14 weeks)

Long term therapy room hire from as little as £10 an hour or £50 a day, including all bills & business rates

The Room can be hired on an ad-hoc basis, hourly, weekly, monthly, yearly on a 3 year term, 5 year term or 10 year term.
