NB Our classes & therapies our extremely popular and we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment. We require 24 hours notice should you wish to move, postpone or cancel an appointment, otherwise you will be charged.
On receipt of this form, a member of our reception team will book your therapy and call you to take bank card details to secure the booking and confirm your appointment.
(NB no money is taken from your card and you can pay by debit or credit card or cash on the day of your appointment). If you do not receive a call within 24 hours please call 01273 710855.
