NIDANA (diagnosis) |
| A
detailed diagnosis will take place to evaluate the
body type and physiological imbalances in terms
of the three fundamental energies called: Vatta(Air),
Pitta (Fire) and Kapha (earth) and by enquiry, examination
and pulse diagnosis. |

NUTRICIAN AND DIERTAY ADVICE |
| Advice
will be given based on the body type, the energies
inherent in foods, herbs and spices and on eating
habits. Information will be given on proper fasting
for health. |

DINCHARYA (life style) |
| We
will give advice on a balanced life-style including
exercise, sleep and posture based on Biorhythms
and body type. Breathing and relaxation techniques
are taught to revive from stress and activate the
life force . Meditation forms an essential part
of the therapy to control bodily functions from
the highest centres of the mind. |
