was purchased by Richard & Clare in 2003 &
was originally called Planet Janet.

most well known Healthy Café, Shop &
Therapy Center’s in the country. We have provided
the experience & enthusiasm to make Revitalise
the most successful combined Café, shop &
therapy Centre in Brighton & Hove. With an expanding
family of Jazmyne & Jemima, we are also preparing
for the future too..!!”
Richard brings a variety of business experience
to Revitalise whilst Clare has an affluent management,
classes and therapy background. Whilst travelling
in India, Richard and Clare met and became friends.
They soon departed for foreign shores with their
respective friends and as fate should have it, got
together when their paths crossed again in Nepal.
Whilst nearly 10,000 feet above sea level in the
Anapurna mountains the spiritual connection between
them blossomed. The rest as they say is history.
Revitalise has 9 therapy, treatment and group rooms
to cater for all requirements. Whether you would
like to have a treatment or hire the rooms for yourself,
Revitalise can help. There is a shower facility
and four toilets to compliment the rooms and ensure
each customer gains the best possible experience

Revitalise
aims to be the best alternative therapy centre,
healthy café & health shop of its time.
We believe in offering a high quality service
at competitive prices & encouraging the individual
to take responsibility for their own health.
We do so by offering over 40 different therapies
& over 35 different classes every week, and
also we serve homemade, healthy and nutritious
food in our healthy café/juice bar. As
well as monthly special offers, we offer taster
days once a month where all classes, talks &
workshops are free and all therapies are £10
for half an hour. This is to give people the opportunity
to try a therapy or class before they commit to
paying for a full session or course. |

What's
in the Revitalise logo? |

| The colour
of our logo is green to symbolize nature, health
& wellbeing. The light green reflects the vibrant
and energetic aspect of positive health and wellbeing,
while the darker green reflects the importance of
nature and the earth and reflects the natural element
of health & wellbeing. The small circles represent
a ‘burst’ of energy and vitality. They
overall circle is symmetrical to reflect the importance
of balance, particularly where our health is concerned.
The name “Revitalise” encompasses everything
about the business from fresh healthy food, to classes
& therapies. We want people to feel ‘revitalised’
every time they visit us! |

Revitalise café/juice bar
In our café, we put your health before our
wealth. Our profit margins are very low but we feel
it’s more important to make fresh, homemade
food rather than to buy it pre-packed. We want to
make it easy for people to grab good quality food
on the go which is often difficult and people resort
to ‘convenience’ over health. We have
an extensive range of juices & smoothies and
offer good value healthy meal deals and loyalty
schemes |

We have about 30 experienced professional therapists
working with Revitalise including nutritionists,
colonic therapists, shiatsu therapists, Acupuncturists,
osteopath, deep tissue therapists & many, many
more. We have built up an education of knowledge
which we believe can help.

We run small group, progressive classes with a high
level of teacher interaction. We help our clients
to understand the benefits of the exercise and to
perform them correctly so they achieve maximum benefits.
We have Introductory, level 1 and level 2 classes
so each group is working at a level to suit their
individual needs. |

environment
The environment is extremely important and we do
what we can to promote ‘damage limitation’.
We choose to use recycled, bleach free and biodegradable
take away packaging. We re-cycle as much of our
waste as possible and we print on re-cycled paper.
We have always used organic ingredients & fair
trade products where possible.
We fully support the Soil Association and never
use genetically modified products.
We have raised money for charities such as Greenpeace,
Cancer research & Make Poverty History and frequently
donate gifts to local charities |
